Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
Great Automations (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and role.
- Information about your enquiry, including the services you are interested in and anything you tell us in a message or booking.
- Website usage information, such as pages visited, how far you scroll, buttons clicked, the page you arrived from, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you fill in a form, book a call, email or phone us, or work with us as a client. We collect usage information through our website using the analytics tools described below.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange calls or meetings.
- To provide and improve our services.
- To send you information you have asked for, and occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our CRM (monday.com), booking (Cal.com), email delivery, website hosting, spam protection and the analytics and advertising tools described below. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand how our website is used so we can improve it. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and are on by default. You can switch them off at any time under at the bottom of every page.
- Google Analytics, which records pages visited, interactions such as clicks and form submissions, and general device and location information.
- Microsoft Clarity, which produces heatmaps and recordings of how visitors move through pages. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and page speed without cookies.
If we advertise, we may also use Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tags to measure how our ads perform. These only run if you accept marketing cookies, and you can change your choice under Cookie settings. When you arrive from an ad, we may store the ad's click identifier with your enquiry so we can see which campaigns lead to conversations.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Client data
When we work on a client's systems, we handle their data under our agreement with that client, and many of our clients work with us under NDA. We only access what we need to deliver the work.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
