Accessibility Statement

Last updated 7 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Text and buttons meet WCAG colour contrast requirements, including on our coloured industry pages.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Animation is kept to a minimum and switches off if you've asked your device to reduce motion.
  • The site works when zoomed to 200% and on small screens without scrolling sideways.
  • We check pages with automated accessibility testing every time we change the site, and with manual keyboard and screen reader checks.

Known limitations

  • Booking calendar. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. We've chosen a provider that supports keyboard use, but we don't control its design. If it doesn't work for you, call or email us and we'll book a time with you directly.
  • Embedded videos. Some articles include videos hosted on YouTube or Loom. We aim to provide captions or a written summary alongside them.

Tell us about a problem

You can also reach us any of these ways instead of using a form on this site. See our contact page.

If you're not happy with our response
