Our story
Two people who saw the same gap from different sides
Great Automations started in 2022, when Elijah Noonan moved on from solution architecture at a Salesforce partner to build a business of his own. He kept seeing the same pattern: businesses running on software that was the gold standard when they bought it, while the tools moved on without them. He became a monday.com channel partner, starting with CRM, and built a reputation for understanding how a business works before touching the technology.
Tom McAll had seen the same gap from the delivery side. At a Tier 1 Salesforce implementation partner, he led delivery teams on programmes across the public sector, government, healthcare and aged care. In 2026 he joined Great Automations as co-founder, bringing enterprise delivery discipline to everything we do.
Together we combine curiosity about how businesses really work with the rigour to deliver change properly. That's the heart of our approach: understand first, then deliver, at the scale and speed a growing Australian business needs.

Great Automations founded
Elijah starts the business in Sydney and becomes a monday.com channel partner, starting with CRM.

Elijah Noonan
Co-Founder & Head of Solutions
Elijah started in 2017 as a Salesforce functional consultant through a graduate programme, then became a Solution Architect at a Salesforce partner. He founded Great Automations in 2022. He pulls businesses apart to see how they work, then brings what he has learned across industries to new problems.
Tom McAll
Co-Founder & Head of Delivery
Tom joined Great Automations as co-founder in 2026. He comes from a Tier 1 Salesforce implementation partner, where he led delivery teams on programmes across the public sector, government, healthcare and aged care. He makes sure every project lands on time and does what it promised.
