Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect in Sydney to turn clients' business problems into connected, automated systems built on monday.com and integration platforms like Make and Zapier. You'll lead discovery workshops, design solutions and guide our consultants through delivery for clients in real estate, financial services and industrials. monday.com experience is strongly preferred.
Role details
As our Solution Architect, you'll turn a client's business problem into a system that works. You'll lead discovery, design the solution, and guide our consultants through the build. You'll be the main technical voice in client conversations, and the person who makes sure what we deliver scales after go-live.
What you'll do
- Run discovery workshops and map current processes, pain points and requirements
- Design solutions across monday.com and connected platforms (CRMs, ERPs, finance tools and more)
- Plan integrations using APIs, webhooks, Make and Zapier, and write custom code where it's needed
- Find practical ways to use AI in client workflows
- Write solution designs, scope documents and estimates to support proposals and Statements of Work
- Set build standards and review our consultants' work
- Explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Help shape our delivery methods, templates and reusable components
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in solution design, systems implementation or technical consulting
- Strong process-mapping skills and a habit of starting with the business problem, not the tool
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data structures and integration platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar)
- Confidence running workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Clear writing: you can produce a solution design someone else can build from
- The ability to manage several client engagements at once
Nice to have
- monday.com experience, ideally certified (strongly preferred)
- Scripting in JavaScript/Node or Python
- Experience in real estate, financial services or manufacturing
- Experience at a consultancy or SaaS implementation partner
- Exposure to AI tools and LLM-based automation
